About Me

My name is Zsofia, and I’m a qualified integrative counsellor based in South West London. I offer therapy that’s grounded in warmth, honesty, and deep respect for who you are – including your culture, your faith, and your lived experience.

I have experience working with clients from a wide range of religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including Muslim clients and reverts to Islam, and I understand how deeply identity, family, and faith can shape our emotional world.

I work with adults, offering both online and face-to-face sessions in Southfields SW18 and Kingston KT2 and surrounding areas. My integrative approach means I draw from different theories [including parts work (IFS) and somatic movements for trauma, and Exposure and Repetition Prevention (ERP) for GAD, OCD, Social Anxiety, Phobias and Panic Disorders] to suit your unique needs. I support clients with a range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety and panic
  • Depression and low mood
  • Trauma, PTSD
  • Grief
  • Self-esteem and identity struggles
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Self-blame and inner criticism

I offer limited-space low-cost therapy options for those on limited incomes (please get in touch), and provide support in English and Hungarian.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work within their ethical framework and uphold inclusive, anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice. I also attend regular clinical supervision to ensure I’m offering safe and effective support.

Please note that I do not provide diagnoses for mental health conditions such as personality disorders, psychotic illnesses, or neurodevelopmental disorders etc.

Whether you’re here for yourself, your child, or someone you care about — I’m honoured to walk beside you as you explore what healing might look like for you.
