How it Works
Starting therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’re unsure what to expect. But it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Here’s how we can begin:
1. Book a free 15-minute introductory call
This is a gentle space for us to briefly connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see whether we feel like a good fit. There’s no pressure or commitment — just an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
2. Choose a time that suits you
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll agree on a regular session time that works around your schedule. Sessions are offered weekly or biweekly, depending on what feels manageable and supportive for you. We’ll agree on a consistent rhythm that suits your needs, and I’ll hold that time for you each week.
While regularity helps support the therapeutic process, I understand that life brings holidays, family commitments, and the occasional need for a pause — and we’ll plan around these together where possible.
I offer both online and in-person sessions in Southfields (SW18).
3. Begin your counselling journey
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin — just come as you are. Sessions last 50 minutes, and this is your space to go at your own pace. Sometimes therapy feels emotional, other times it may feel like a quiet exhale — both are welcome. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you, make sense of your experiences, and work towards healing and clarity.
If you have questions before booking, feel free to get in touch. I’m happy to help.
